Someone once asked me: "How many calories should I be eating on a daily basis?" Question: "Are you keeping track of your calories?" Answer...no! Any discussion about optimal calorie intake is really a total waste of time – unless you are actually counting calories. Tracking calories is important and I believe everybody should keep an 8 week journal at least once in their life. But the quality of calories is just as important, if not, more...have the best day gang!
