Body Rock Fitness Club & Café focuses on building relationships with its members to create healthy lifestyles and long-term, loyal customers.  Body Rock Fitness Club & Café emphasizes the personal training aspect of fitness while providing a variety of ancillary services such as an onsite Café, nestled within the facility, which offers healthy breakfasts and/or lunches to both members and non-members alike.  Our “Shake This” smoothie bar offers a variety of shakes that can be customized to your liking with added protein that can be enjoyed with your meal or as a meal.                         

Founded in 2003, Body Rock Fitness Club & Café is located in Casady Square on the southwest corner of Penn and Britton, Nichols Hills/Village area of Oklahoma City.  It is an upscale fitness and nutrition center focused on personalized services through high quality instruction.  Body Rock Fitness Club & Café utilizes some of the finest fitness equipment by Nautilus Equipment and Cybex Strength Systems,  available to effectively and efficiently meet member’s workout and training needs. Personal Training is emphasized at Body Rock Fitness Club & Café as a key element in a fitness routine and all our personal trainers are degreed professionals who are highly certified and experienced in their field. Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT), yoga, pilates and massage are all offered at Body Rock Fitness Club & Café.

Sport tees, hats and other clothing items bearing the Body Rock Fitness Club & Café logo are all available in our pro shop.  MET-Rx Engineered Nutrition, Labrada Nutrition, Twinlab along with other supplements are also available.

Body Rock Fitness Club & Café is not just an ordinary gym or an ordinary café – it’s a Lifestyle!

Someone once asked me: "How many calories should I be eating on a daily basis?" Question: "Are you keeping track of your calories?" Answer...no! Any discussion about optimal calorie intake is really a total waste of time – unless you are actually counting calories. Tracking calories is important and I believe everybody should keep an 8 week journal at least once in their life. But the quality of calories is just as important, if not, more...have the best day gang!
